      • Participants must be at least 18 years old to book a game. Minors (under 18) must have bookings made by a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by an adult during the game.
   3. Booking and Payment:
      
      
      • All bookings must be made in advance through our website or in person at our physical location.
      • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
      • Bookings are non-refundable. However, rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be accommodated, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.
   4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
      
      
      • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.
      • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time and are subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.
   5. Participant Responsibilities:
      
      
      • Participants are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled booking and completing the required check-in procedures.
      • Participants must follow all safety guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by our staff during the escape room experience.
      • Any damage to property or misuse of equipment caused by participants will result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
   6. Health and Safety:
      
      
      • Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in our escape rooms.
      • Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, claustrophobia, epilepsy, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to participate in our escape rooms.
   7. Intellectual Property:
      
      
      • All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and designs, associated with Escape Marster and our escape room themes are owned by Escape Marster and its affiliates.
      • Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any materials or content from our escape rooms for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
   8. Liability Waiver:
      
      
      • Participants understand and acknowledge that participation in our escape rooms involves inherent risks and accept full responsibility for their actions and any consequences that may arise.
      • Escape Marster and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in our escape rooms, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
   9. Age Restrictions:
      
      
      • Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while participating in our escape rooms.
      • Some themes may contain content that is not suitable for younger audiences; parental discretion is advised.
   10. Code of Conduct:
       
       
       • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
   11. Privacy Policy:
       
       
       • Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating your escape room experience and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
   12. Governing Law:
       
       
       • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

       • Escape Marster reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
       • The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
