How It Works?

Membership is acquired after booking a game for the first time.
A one-time RM10 fee is required to create a membership.
To maintain membership for subsequent years:
- Play at least 3 games OR
- Post a minimum of 2 engaging social media updates about Escape Marster annually.
If the above is not met, members must pay RM8 to renew.

Earning Star Miles

Escape Room Missions: Earn 1 Star Miles for every RM1 spent.
Star Miles will be accumulated automatically upon successful payment.

Redeeming Rewards

For every 300 Star Miles accumulated, a RM15 e-voucher will be issued. Members should receive an email to notify them about it.
- The e-voucher will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.
- Members can check their Star Miles balance and available e-vouchers via their account on the website.

Voucher Redemption Rules

For Escape Room Games

The e-voucher can only be used when booking a game for more than 4 players.
Only 1 voucher can be redeemed per game session.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or membership perks.

For Vlad’s Café

The e-voucher can be used for café purchases with a minimum spend of RM75.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or membership perks.

Mission Achievement Badges

Complete challenges to unlock digital badges, categorized by tiers (1-3).
Badges start in grey and turn color once achieved.
At the end of each tier, a mystery gift icon appears.
Complete all missions in the tier to unlock the mystery gift (redeemable at the shop).
Mystery gift status is displayed on the member’s page.
